• Good Vibes Tea offers Standard 2-3 working day delivery for all orders within the United Kingdom and free deliveries for orders over £30.

Refund Policy

Good Vibes Tea offers a 14-day return policy for all tea products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund.

To return a product, you must contact Good Vibes Tea within 14 days of receiving your order.

The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition that it was sent. Once the product is received, Good Vibes Tea will process your refund within 5-7 working days.

Exceptions to the Refund Policy

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

• Products that have been opened or used
• Products that have been damaged by the customer
• Products that are not in their original packaging
